2. One-Time Registration Fee

I understand that this is a one-time, non-refundable registration fee that grants lifetime access to the PadosiAgent platform and all its premium features.

The one-time registration fee provides you with:

All current premium features
Future updates and enhancements to the platform
Priority customer support

Important: The registration fee is non-refundable under any circumstances, except as required by applicable law. This includes situations where you change your mind, do not use the platform, or are dissatisfied with the service.

3. Payment Processing

All payments on PadosiAgent are securely processed through Razorpay, a PCI DSS compliant payment gateway. By making a payment, you agree to:

Provide accurate payment information
Authorize PadosiAgent to charge the one-time registration fee to your selected payment method
Understand that all payments are final and non-refundable
Acknowledge that PadosiAgent does not store your complete payment card details

4. Platform Usage

As a PadosiAgent user, you agree to:

Use the platform only for lawful purposes
Not engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with our services
Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform
Not use the platform to distribute malicious software or spam
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality on the PadosiAgent platform are and will remain the exclusive property of PadosiAgent and its licensors. Your use of our platform does not grant you any ownership rights to our intellectual property.

6. Modifications to Terms

7. Termination
